PhilHealth

Philhealth members are encouraged to avail of their privilege and benefits. Submission of accomplished Philhealth forms (click here to download) and documentary requirements may be done 48 hours after admission or before discharge is required.

For Medical Case Rate of less than 24 hours upon admission, Philhealth shall not be deducted from the final bill.

For any queries about availing your Philhealth benefits, please proceed to our PhilHealth Section located at the Ground Floor beside our Cashier and Billing.
