Under the leadership of the PCMC Top Management, the Performance Governance System (PGS) Initiation Phase proved very beneficial for PCMC as it embarked on its preparations for its own internal re-organization, succession planning, and infrastructure development.

This was indeed an opportune time for the colossal upward scaling of the strategic re-positioning and initiatives towards a more intensive hospital support, dedicated administration, management and leadership. Series of meetings with all the different units and departments finally came up with  their respective strategic initiatives/contributions.
